1 to 1 coaching

Group coaching

Given the interest in this topic and my experience with the power of peer support, I’m stoked to develop my new Fat Loss Group Coaching programme. The program offers the accountability and motivation of social support with personalized nutrition advice.  You’ll receive:
• Personalized nutrition goals to support a long-term loss of fat.
• Weekly check-ins with me to catch up and tweak your plan.
• Peer support, encouragement, and shared techniques from a like-minded community.

 

We will make fat loss doable, fun, sustainable — and doing so with your lifestyle and your personal tastes in focus. Each coaching program offers science-based coaching that is practical and adaptable to the type of lifestyle that you’re pursuing — which can bring results without breaking down the foods that you love and the life that interests you.

Nutritional
Coaching Fees

I believe in transparency, so you are always aware of exactly what you’re investing into your health.

1:1 Coaching

  • First month: £80. Provides additional time to know you, get to know what you want, and develop a plan that is totally tailored to your lifestyle and goals.
  • Monthly recurring coaching: £60. Offers weekly check-ins, bi-weekly overviews and monthly updates to the plan for sustainable progress.

Group coaching

  • First month: £45. Start your journey with custom nutrition goals and personalised advice.
    • Monthly coaching as ongoing: £35. Which includes weekly check-ins and continued support from peers to hold you accountable and keep you motivated.

The programs have evidence-based advice, useful techniques and personalised support that ensure this journey for you will be feasible, enjoyable and sustainable.
