I’m Alicia Gutierrez, a nutritional coach and healthcare professional with a strong clinical background and a passion for helping people build healthier, stronger, and more balanced lives.

 

I graduated as a nurse in 2013 by Universidad Complutense, Madrid and finished my Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice in 2019 at Bangor University, UK, that enables me to work independently diagnosing, directing and assisting my patients through many different health issues.

 

My clinical experience taught me there is something so very real about nutrition, about energy, about performance, about long-term health and about overall quality of life.

Seeking to support my patients more holistically, I took further training in nutrition to complete:

  • A postgraduate degree in sports nutrition and body recomposition (Universidad catolica de Murcia).
  • A postgraduate degree in nutrition and sports performance (Universidad Catolica de Murcia).

These qualifications have allowed me to combine clinical expertise with performance-focused nutrition, helping people improve body composition, elevate their physical performance, and develop habits that truly last. My purpose today is to connect medical knowledge with practical, personalized nutrition — so that you can feel confident and energized and in control of your own health.

My approach is grounded in:

Outside of work, I love hybrid and CrossFit training. Sport is greater than simply physical exercise for me: It’s a wellspring of energy, conviction, and mental clarity. All that training creates a space to push myself to the limits and become stronger and to be my best in every area of life. What I hold dear to my heart is the great community these places create. There’s a strong rapport that grows from workouts together to little, daily wins, when individuals lift each other up, support one another, and celebrate each other. I compete in everyday categories at CrossFit events, not for trophies, but for the joy of testing my limits and being part of something bigger than myself.
