I undertook my own journey in body recomposition and it is hard to pull yourself out of the bottom without help and someone that understands the real challenges.
My passion for nutrition and the health benefit it brings to wellbeing.

I’m more than a nutritional coach — I’m a mum of two who has experienced the same challenges that many of my client’s experience. I understand firsthand how busy life can be, how overwhelmed the pursuit of being “perfect” can get, and how challenging it is to carve out time for yourself while taking care of your family.
After I got pregnant again, I was disassociated from my body — three sizes larger than I’d been before, lacking energy, so far away from the vivacious, strong woman I’d always imagined myself to be. I attempted every fad diet, limiting calories, and pushing myself hard — but nothing proved effective long term. I learned a valuable lesson during this experience: sustainable change isn’t easy — but it requires time, a well-planned approach and appropriate nutrition. It’s not all about restriction or perfection; really, it’s about fuelling your body, getting enjoyment from the food and establishing habits that stick.
Because of my own journey, I can help you navigate life’s demands while still reaching your goals. I offer practical strategies like batch cooking and family-friendly meal planning, so nutrition becomes manageable, enjoyable, and realistic — not another stressor in your busy life.
Beyond my clinical expertise, I am also a true food lover. Food has always been a meaningful part of my life — a source of joy, culture, connection, and creativity. I understand that nutrition is not only about achieving a goal; it’s about living well, enjoying what you eat, and building habits that enhance your lifestyle rather than restrict it.
For that reason, my coaching is grounded in both health and pleasure. That said, I believe that lasting change isn’t made until there is a plan that is realistic, fun, and fits into your life, and is rooted in being who you are.
